Q) How much do you charge for Personal Training?
A) I charge half price per session for the first 2 sessions (£9.50) and thereafter the sessions will default to the usual price for Personal Training Sessions (£25), which is still a decent price compared to other Personal Trainers Out there!
Q) What can I expect from a session?
A) Each session is unique to the client based on there goals. The session will usually be around 1 hour long, and will include various workouts and activities, centred on body weight exercise, core stability, boxing, and functional exercises. The sessions are designed to challenge you to achieve the next level of your fitness range. We provide all necessary equipment for your workout; this includes weights, gloves, mitts and boxing pads, to name but a few.
Q) Where does the training take place?
A) Training can take place in a variety of places, depending on your location.
Majority of our clients prefer the comfort of training within their own homes or local parks. If you do not have the space in your own home then we book sessions at Ferry Hinksey Sports centre or Oxford University Sports centre.
